To ensure the practice is deep, safe, and truly transformative, the retreat follows several important guidelines:
Noble Silence
Complete silence for the entire duration of the retreat.
No Eye Contact
We keep the focus on ourselves.
Complete Disconnection
No phones, networks, or external communication.
No Substances
Alcohol and stimulants are not permitted.
Separate Living Spaces
Men and women are accommodated separately.
No Entertainment
Phones are handed in for safekeeping. Books and music are not available during the retreat.
All the rules are designed to create a safe, deep, and transformative space for practice.

Eco-Village “Peak Talgar” is a cozy countryside complex located at the foot of the Zailiyskiy Alatau in Kazakhstan.
Everything here is designed for peaceful rest, restoration, and deep connection with nature.
